Data Protection Act 1998 Policy

At Graphic Aspects Limited, we go to great lengths to respect the data we collect and process in the provision of our services. All personal data are processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. As part of our compliance with this legislation, the purposes for which we process data are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) - the 'Notification'. Our Notification is available on the Public Register of Data Controllers, on the ICO web site at www.ico.gov.uk.

We will only share personal data with third parties as part of our contracted services and/or if we are required to do so by UK law. We cannot accept liability for processing by any third party outside our remit. We process personal data under contract with a third party, but we apply our Data Protection policy while the data is in our care.

None of the above affects your rights of access to personal data we may hold on you. All requests must be made in writing - email is acceptable - to M. Ordever at the company. Please note that we may charge a £10 administrative fee for such a request - this fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable.
